Shipping policy

Every Dovae piece is made just for you. Once you place an order, our production partner prints or embroiders your item on demand — nothing sits in a warehouse.

Production time: 2–5 business days. Embroidered items may take an extra day or two.

Shipping time (after production):

• United States: 3–5 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Digital products: delivered instantly. Your download link arrives by email right after checkout- no shipping, no waiting. If the email doesn't show up within a few minutes, check spam or write to hello@dovae.co.

A note on delays: during launch periods and holidays, production can take a little longer. We'd rather your piece arrive right than rushed. Peace, eventually.
