Because every dovae item is made to order, we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing- please double-check the size guide before ordering (when in doubt, size up).

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? We've got you. Email hello@dovae.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund- whichever you prefer. No need to ship anything back.

Lost in transit? If tracking shows no movement for 14+ days, reach out and we'll make it right.

Digital products: because downloads are delivered instantly, all digital purchases are final sale and non-refundable. That said, if your file is broken, incomplete, or you were charged twice, email hello@dovae.co and we'll fix it or refund you. We're not in the business of keeping money for files that don't work.
